Hi guys

I read somewhere on a ch640 builder site that some builders  have replaced rivets on the rudder and elevator hinges with bolts

I dis a search on here and did not come up with much....anyone know of a policy for this or a link?

Thanks

Michael

Not I!

On the 640 there are 3 pieces of 1/8 aluminum hinge brakets and 16 rivets holding the rudder on. not a long piano hinge. I could see why someone might want more glue holding stuff together. I not questtioning the design. Im a new comer to this forum. if this was decided long ago please flesh it out more

What I'm looking for might be on the old matronics list.
