I am thinking about installing an audible stall horn on my 601xlb. Does anyone have suggestions on type or brand available? Or homemade?
I have an AoA which works great for slow flight and approaches, but for very short fields it would be nice to have eyes outside and noisy feedback while trying to hit the desired landing spot.

A guy on the Van's Air Force.net forum created an AOA indicator with an audio output. You can read about it here:

Just a thought. I don't know anything about this - or how practical it would be to build. He is using the output from a Dynon unit. Seems like this would be the best of both worlds.
