Hello,

I have an O200 and would like to ask the group what size id fuel line/hose are you running? I have a 601HD with a header tank and no fuel pump.

Thanks and stay healthy,

Mark

Hi Mark, I used -6AN aluminum fuel lines in the fuselage with two short runs of 3/8 ID rubber hose in the wings to the fuselage. I don’t think the 100 hp engine could run those lines dry! But make your own determination...

I used the 3/8" hose supplied by Zenith for my gravity fed O-200 Cruzer, and the fuel flow tests showed plenty of capacity.
