I am looking for recommendations on where to place the Prop balance sensor on my 350?

Is this just for temporary mounting while balancing the prop? The mechanic who balanced mine used one of the bolts for the oil pump housing. I have the 260.
Yes, the oil pump housing isn't an option for me as I have my oil hoses running in that area...
Hi Scott, when I "DynaVibed" my prop (WW on a 350is) I used the bracket which UL has https://ulpower.com/en/accessories/spare-parts "constant speed control support / Part n°: E022007
This bracket picks up two of the 6 mount bolts of the thrust bearing support. You can put this on and leave it without interference of the cowl. Once that is on, it is relatively easy to fabricate simple separate metal brackets for the accelerometer and optical pickup which are then temporarily bolted to the UL bracket during the balancing. I'm pretty sure Wicks Aircraft has them in stock...HTH! Dave & "Sky Turtle"
Thanks for the response...already have one headed my way!
