My DAR tells me I must complete one, anyone have an example?

Hey Jim,

Did you get a different plane?

We both built our 701 planes at the same time several years ago.

You have an airworthiness certificate for that plane !  Correct?

I have an Airworthiness certificate for my 701, obtained in July 2019. I’ve not bought anything else.

Hi Jim,

Received my Airworthiness Cert. in Sept. of that year and have never heard of anyone being asked for that info.

Hi Jim!

I'm at this stage of my project now - my DAR is requesting this form be completed because the STOL 750 is only evaluated for editions 1, 2 and 3 of the plans and I built revision 4. No big deal I guess but your Excel copy sure would help! I just sent you a friend request and will provide my email once I can message you.

Tom if you’re referring to the fab and assembly checklist, my DAR requested it during the airworthiness certificate application process back in 2019. I reminded him the 701 kit was already on the list of approved kits, but he wanted it completed and submitted to him anyway.
