Wet Oil Air Oil Separator Hose

All,

My oil return line is always wet with oil. Replaced the pinch clamps on elbow with worm screw hose clamps and this did not help. Any other ideas? The elbow is mated to a 12 mm hose on the inlet side and mates to a 6 mm on outlet to crankcase hose on the other. Not an ideal arrangement. Suggestions?
