Just got the Main Gear Spring installed and the wheels on.  We have a 5th Gen Cruzer and the green nylon pads instead of the orange rubber pads.

The nut is torqued to 110 in-lbs.  The washer is installed as is the L bracket,  The green nylon pad is next and then the Main Gear Spring and then the green nylon pad on top.  The L bracket is tight to the lower nylon pad and the lower nylon pad is tight against the flanges of the Gear Strut Attach Fitting.  Tightening the nut anymore will just push the lower nylon pad into the steel flange more.  There is still room above to wiggle the Main Gear Spring.  I've attached a picture of the installation.

Is there supposed to be play in the Main Gear Spring?

Just got off the phone.  We need to cut the ends off of the lower green nylon block (the rounded one with the holes).
