Finished the avionics tray. Actually, I discarded it later and built another one.
Trimmed the Front Top Skin on the back corners to be aligned with the cabin frame.
Drilled holes for pitot and electric.
More trimming on the windshield.
The root pin overlaps the side window. Asking Zenith what should I cut - the pin or the window. If the pin should I use stronger rivets?

Trimmed windshield to match the cabin frame.
Started building an avionics tray.
The windshield goes right over the rivets in the front skin. I will ask Zenith if it is ok.
My kit has a wide instrument panel, and it does not match the drawings I have. Because of this, it is not clear how the C75N1-5 Windshield Side Trim Support should be installed.
