Hi, Does anyone have any experience of the old continental 0-200A with I believe one of the first types of alternator, purchased the engine S/H from a 3rd party and it came with a type of rectifier I would associate with a dynamo rather than an alternator ,any help appreciated .
Regards,
Tom Carlin

Hi Thomas, can you share a picture of the generator and the regulator module? I have an o-200A with the older generator, if yours matches mine I'll dig around and try to find my wiring diagram.
Hi Thomas, see attached document. My setup is wired up very similar to the diagram on page three. I did not install the indicator light. Good luck!
Appreciate your reply Clint .

Hi Clint,
As you seem to have the 0-200A fitted to your aircraft is it a ch750 and if so what type of prop.
Best Regards,
Tom. Carlin
Hi Thomas, It is a CH750 STOL without the rear windows, most people confuse it with a 701. I have a whirlwind ground adjustable 70". I'm happy with it so far but I've never flown it with anything else.
