I have looked at the issue (hoisting the mounted Jabiru 3300 G2 on my Zenith CH650B from every angle and have found a great spot to loop a rope around (see photo) and lift the whole kit & caboodle up so I can work on the nose gear.
This engine, as mounted, cannot be lifted from below.
There are no hoisting loops on the engine itself.
There is no 'clean' way to put a strap around the engine mounts to lift it.
Since the prop shaft handles so much force just moving the aircraft through the air, I figured that statically lifting it (no pax, no wings, blades off) would not be an issue; i.e., damage the engine.

Just to verify are you removing the engine or just wanting to lift the front of the plane? For the plane it is easiest to put the tail on the ground and put something under the fuselage to keep it in the air. Cut a sawhorse down to fit. To remove the engine, I did use the crank shaft as one lifting point with a nylon strap as a sling.
Just wanting to lift the front. I need to get the 'bomb bay' door clear of the floor when it's opened...and i need to be able to get under there freely (on a creeper).
I have a hefty nylon rope that just fits so perfectly in the groove pointed at in the image that I thought maybe that was the preferred hoisting site given that there aren't any specific ones on that engine.
I removed my engine recently and then reinstalled it. Using a cherry picker I used two attachment points-for the rear I temporarily removed the starter and ran a loop thru the mounting hole - for the front I used the prop shaft. You shouldn't have any trouble lifting the front end as the engine only weighs around 200 pounds.

Not much weight on it at all, easy clearance now for me to get underneath and up into the 'bomb bay' area.
