End view of the top of the Radius board! It's made from 2 x 4 clear Douglas Fir. Note the strip of Duct Tape... it's there for a purpose to keep the part from bowing out and to protect the aluminum. The first part bent you see is an 4' - "L" angle of 0.032... perfect 90 degree bend turned out straight as an arrow... No bow or banana shape at all!
