701 Wing Spar Doubler 7V2-6SP-Mod - 0.040 bent into shape with my new wooden bending brake! Nice 90 degree bend with no problem! I'm no sure why an aluminum bending brake has to be built out of 1/4" steel angles... wood is more forgiving and works well... and best of all - cost less then $50... the key is to use clear Douglas Fir well seasoned!
