Thanks Michael, The end form block was built per plans but the parts were formed with a 15mm flange for the A4 solid rivets. The skin was cut to the width on the plans, the length derived from custom measurments off of my particular form block and fine tuned using a thin strip of scrap, only took about three tries to get my bend lines where I wanted them to minimize the gaps near the bends. A bit more material was added to the length to create the 15mm flange on the front.  Have not sealed yet, hope it holds together!

Hi Clint, looking good i really like the quality of your construction kudos to you, were your fuel tanks made from the plans drawings or did you modify to suit the riveted and pro-seal construction?
