hey sure thing deane@downunderstol.com or my cell is +64275729640
Yes I certainly did back in July 2012...a taildragger...and landing on a very windy up in Quebec...could have rebuilt but elected to move on as I think in the same conditions the same thing would happen again and I didn't want to do that. Bought the Varga 4 weeks later in California, flew it back to the east coast and love it but its not capable of landing on an 800' strip at my summer place in Nova Scotia so onto the CruZer...no regrets
Finished?
Steve, sent you a friend request... I think you and I are considering the same engine...350is?? saw your comments on the Fuel system/header tank discussion....
thx. Don...
Yeah, Steve, dual sticks--and that's no yoke.
WT
PS: I've had some trouble adapting to the central Y-stick on the 701 and 750 that I flew. It's nice to have the floor clear, but after I'm in, the conventional stick seems more natural to me, having learned in Champs and flown Citabrias back in the last millennium.
Howdy, Walt!
Good to see you here, Steve! A bunch of us are up here waiting for you to fly soon with us. We'll be flying down to you to critique your work and act like we know what we're talking about.
