STOL CH-750 Loose Horizontal stab and cracks

Hello everyone! This is my first post in this blog, my name is Bernardo, I'm Brazilian and recently bought a CH750. I'm the third owner of this aircraft, and friend of the first owner. the aircraft was built by a company in Brazil in 2011. It is powered by a rotax 912 100hp. Both engine and airframe with 184 total hours.

          The Aircraft was bought on july, and a few days after I brought the plane to my hangar, while washing, I noticed a crack on the center hinge gusset…

Zenith 750 STOL, Finished forming rudder ribs

Finished forming the remaining two rudder ribs, though still need to debur edges. Also formed an elevator rear rib. Built a rigid clamp base for my 48" brake so I'll resume testing…
