Zenith 750 Cruzer, Adjusting flapperons range

Installed the header tank post.
Fixed the flapperon offset.
Checked the flapperon position and range. Need to set longer bolts for the control stick stoppers.
Enlarged banana holes in the fuselage sides for flapperons.…

Installed the elevator piano hinges safety wires.
Measured and drilled the header tank post.
Removed and measured the flapperon pull rods. The Zenith supplied threads are 10 mm too long.…

Zenith 750 Cruzer, Rigging flapperons

Started adjusting the flapperons position and range.
All control rods have too long thread. I cannot screw the rod end up to the end. I cannot make the top edge of the flapperon bellcrank horizontal. The threads are about 10 mm long.…

Partially complete kit issues.
Was able recently to get a partially complete CH750 kit. Most of the work looks pretty good, but a lot of the A5 rivets look like the ones in the photo, would like to get the group's opinion on whether these rivets are pulled correctly more specifically, are they too long? The body diameter between the "mushroom" and part is a bit over .2" (A5 body dia is .156").…
