Harbor Freight has a cheap right angle air drill - won't get in as tight spots as a high dollar threaded bit drill, but it'll get in 90% of the places a conventional drill can't access.
A right angle for your Dremel is great. If it gets real tight, cut a drill bit off to fit. It will only go to 1/8", but that will take care of a lot of what you will need.
I used my foot long 20,30,and#40 bits a LOT more than my $300.00 angle air drill. Lee
The TightFit Tools angle attachment is working well for me.It's inexpensive and can be purchased at Amazon or from them directly..The threaded bits come in stub, short and regular..Also the 12 inch long bits are needed in some spots as they can be held straight while the drill is at an angle for long reach where holes on a flange are close to the bend.
I second what Tom recommended, TightFit is awesome,

This was not cheep. ($260.00) But it has saved the day more than once..... http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/topages/ATS6132.php
I held off spending the money for a good angle drill until 3/4 through my first build. Big mistake. I finally bought one from cheif aircraft for about 95 bucks with an assortment of threaded drills. Have not looked back. I just went to their website and they have the thing for 50 bucks.

My advice is to spend the money on the real thing. On a previous build I tried the attachments to the drill and they made real sloppy holes...might've just been the brand I had, I don't know. I finally bit the bullet and bought the real thing, with threaded bits..it has become my favorite tool. The holes come out nicely round and you can get in some amazingly tight spaces...which cannot be done with any of the attachments. I bought mine at the Yard Store, worth every penny:
A good buy in my book is the right angle drill attachment Item 935 from Avery Tool $115.00
