"Sky Jeep" Vinyl Decals
Is there a specific vendor that sells the "Sky Jeep" vinyl decals that I see on some planes?

Wes, I have a bunch of Zenith vinyl stickers on my AircraftStickers.com website. I can custom make any type of sky Jeep sticker want-just let me know what you want. I can make stickers any size or color you want too.

Any reasonably well equipped sign company has the gear to make vinyl decals. When I had to replace the N numbers on my 1947 Stinson I stopped by a local shop here in the hills of rural New Hampshire and they were custom cut on a computer driven machine in an hour for not a lot of money. They've been on there for many years now and have not peeled, moved or faded. When the plane was painted by the former owner the N numbers were applied with peel and stick numbers that did not hold well after years, but the sign shop stuff has worked wonderfully.
I am sure that if you brought them an image of what you wanted a decent sign shop could make the appliques/decals no problem.
