The DAR left a little while ago, but left me a airworthiness certificate.  I took the rudder class Nov 2015, bought the 1st component kit Apr 2016. So, 47 months building with a few vacations and wait times for kits, and I have an airplane.  Now on to phase 1.

Congratulations!!

Congrats!! Looks great!

Awesome!  My kit just shipped today.  I look forward to getting where you are.

Congrats Perry!  Post up anything engine related in the UL350 section!

Perry, Did the same thing about 2 years ago. My Cruzer now has 70 hours on it. It says a lot for the design that this thing flys so darn well with so many engine options. Mine is O-200 powered. From the first flight, to now it continues to amaze me. It is truly an airplane that checks off a lot of boxes. People still are amazed that the takeoff roll is so short. Most airport bums really don't know the difference between the 750 STOL and the Cruzer. I don't even bother correcting them when they call it a Zenith STOL. Everyone I take flying is just stunned with the visibility and the comfort. What part of the country are you in ?

I'm in southern Illinois.

Looks awesome Perry.  More fun ahead.

Yep, sharp looking airplane!  I’ve taken several of the “doubters” when I built my plane and all

of them have asked to go again.  The flying experience will be worth all that time you put in.

Congratulations. Aircraft looks great,,

Congratulations! Having your own airplane and affordable "All you can eat" flying is the best thing for an aviation soul!

Congratulations!!  Let the fun begin.
