Zenith 750 Cruzer, Put left trailing edge

Slightly enlarged a hole in the vertical stabilizer to allow the full range of the elevator movement.
Trimmed the inbound trailing edge part touching the fuselage.
Temporarily installed the left wing trailing edge.
Made flapperon spacing templates.…

Riveted the elevator to the stabilizer.
Riveted the cable top and bottom supports.
Made the horizontal stabilizer spacers for the front attach points.
Made the elevator upper stop.…

Zenith 750 Cruzer, Attached the struts

Filed the strut attaching point by Zenith's instructions. Attached both struts. Removed the wing stands.

Zenith 750 Cruzer, Drilled holes in the struts
November 12, 2025
Drilled the holes in the upper part of the struts. Tried to fit the struts. The right wing attachment is too tight to fit by hand. It is too tight even without the strut.
Asked Zenith.
The slot in the part C75W7-4 is too tight. I cannot fit it with hands. I looked at the conference. Some people say to file the male part a bit and polish it. What is the right way to fit?
