Hello all. I am new to this forum.

I am planning a Cruzer build to replace my Sonex Highwing ambitions. I was number one position for the QB kit and lost half of my building budget with that. Not to be deterred I will soldier on with my second choice, the Cruizer. It was a tough decision which plane I was to build next (my fourth), and the Highwing won out because of the higher cruise speeds and aerobatic capabilities . My Guardian Angel let me down on that one!

Canadian Pre-Cover Inspection for 750 STOL. Hi all. By now I have bin searching for hours on the MD-RA  web site about how far to build the different component for a Zenith 750 for the pre-cover inspections without success. The instructions states that the parts are not to be covered. How did you accomplice this a with a monocoque designed airplane where the skin/cover also has to function as loadbearing structure? Drilled and temporarily attached flapperons.
To make the flapperons counterweights lighter I decided to drill hoes in them.
Started drilling the flapperons counterweights.

Can someone help me with the best way to add dual throttles to a 701 with 912 ULS Rotax. Thanks in advance. Marion Snell 432-517-0114

Added cotter pins to the control cable supporting rollers.

Attached the elevator top and bottom control cables. Safety pins installed.

Set the right wing trailing edge. Pay special attention to the angle supporting the fuel tank from behind. I quite forgot about it.

When installed the trailing edges on the left wing the inbound trailing edge had a higher angle of attack than the outbound trailing edge. I removed the trailing edges and tried again…
