I can appreciate your feeling, when I unvailed my 8 cyl 5100 Jabiru there were about 12 guys standing around, we were all impressed with the beauty of this engine. If your 6 Cyl runs as smooth as the 8 cyl it will be a real joy to your airframe. Have fun, and enjoy the Jabiru. If you are going to use plug type CHT's you will need to do some minor grinding to make room for the leads so they will not be crimped, I have CHT's on all 8 Cyl. so I can monitor each one seperate.

Oh that wonderful example of CNC work is going on the front of my 601 as soon as I get the mount on it.

I would like to be flying by late spring but I got a heap of work to do to make that happen

It will look even more spiffy spinning a prop out in front of your airplane at 5,000 ft and 120 mph!

You'll find everyone at the airport will want to see your engine. It's a work of art.
