3300 powered Cruzer

My name is John Warren, I am new to this forum, I am on the Cruzer one.. I am located in SW PA, is there anyone in the general area with the same engine/airframe set up ????  I am painting my Cruzer now and have run the Gen 4 engine.... would be nice to compare notes... I fly a 7BCM Champ daily, would love to come check out another Cruzer... John W.

John:  I am also going to be using the Jabiru 3300 simply because I have one in a crate (earlier version with solid lifters).  I will be very interested in watching how things go for you.

Hi, John:  

A very sharp looking Cruzer!  Did you paint it yourself?

I am building a 750 Cruzer, working on the wings at present.  Will be using either a UL Power or Jabiru engine. 

Really struggle with the overly "cheeky" cowling for the UL Power engines -- so I'm still thinking hard about the Jabiru 3300; the cowling is much better looking.

Would love to about your Gen 4 experiences as you continue to build hours on the aircraft.

How many do you have currently?

I can't help with anything Cruzer specific, but my Gen 4 Jabiru just passed 104 hours in my CH750 STOL. 

Still running great.

I'm at BVI building a 750 STOL. Not using a Jabiru, but we have a 601 on the field with a 3300. Not sure if any of that helps you, but it would be nice get to know the local Zenith owners.
